Packaging

Your order will be shipped in packaging that will ensure it will arrive safely.

Art-Stellations will arrive in a small box with protective padding.
Prints under 11x14" (27x35cm) will arrive in a sturdy, flat package.
Prints over 11x14" (27x35cm) will arrive in a tube. 
Original paintings will arrive in box with protective padding.

Processing Time

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies for specific items. 

Prints can take 2-4 business days.
Original paintings take 3-5 business days.
Custom pieces take 7-10 days.

Estimated shipping times

UPDATE: Due to the current pandemic COVID-19 shipping times may be delayed. 

Your order will be sent with a tracking number so you can get updates on your shipment.

For orders placed in North America shipping can take from 3-5 shipping days. 
For orders placed in Europe shipping can take from 7-14 days. 

I will do my best to ensure these shipping estimates but actual delivery time may change due to circumstances out of my control. 

Insurance

All prints, paintings, and Art-Stellations will be shipped with insurance so if anything happens you can rest easy knowing it will be replaced.
